Residential Apartment Facade- Potts Point

The scope of this project was to conduct remedial works and improvements to the external facade of a residential apartment block in Pots Point. Langridge Constructions was responsible for gaining all required council approvals to gain the required access to this site which bordered on public footpaths. Works included the removal and replacement of timber fascias, down-pipes and guttering as well as repainting of the exterior.
