Cottage Transformation - Crows Nest
The original property was a double fronted weatherboard cottage with three bedrooms and living room which were updated throughout. A new pavilion was built at the rear to create a large contemporary living space with mezzanine level study, new laundry, family and en-suite bathroom. Double Bi-fold doors opened out to a large deck constructed in the same material as the internal floor. The most striking design feature of the extension was the custom made exposed trusses which opened up the roof space to make the new pavilion feel extremely light and airy.

Testimonial
The extension to our existing home was carried out by Richard Langridge of Langridge Constructions
Working directly with Richard was a delight and his calm and respectful manner made the building process a smooth and happy experience. The work was finished on time and on budget which contributed to making the experience very rewarding. Richard takes enormous pride in his work and places importance on achieving the highest level of workmanship. Richard is reliable and professional and pays great attention to detail. Through regular communications we were able to optimise all aspects of the construction. I would gladly work with Richard again.
