Architectural Alteration and Addition - Burrawong House
This Mosman house was an architecturally designed alteration and addition of an existing property set on the edge of a National Park, which meant the highest level of bushfire protection had to be implemented. The additions to the original dwelling are complementary and contemporary including, large raked ceilings, clerestory windows, modern open plan kitchen area and engineered floorboards throughout. The works also included a sound proofed music room and a lap pool which juts into the surrounding bush.
