Terrace Redesign - Erskinville

When Architects Catherine Chesterman and James McGrath bought a dilapidated single story terrace in Erskinville we embarked on a total redesign only keeping the original facade. The end result was a fully functional family home carefully designed and built to maximise the available living space. This created a light, open plan ground floor flowing into the rear courtyard and a second level which comprised two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and study.
